3. Membership Fees & Payments

• Any membership fees, promotional listing fees, or subscription payments made to EQPetVet.com are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Once payment is completed, users are not entitled to refunds, chargebacks, or reversals.
• EQPetVet.com does not guarantee inquiries, appointments, or new clients for veterinary clinics listed on the platform.

4. Account Ownership & Responsibility

• Each user account is intended for one individual or one registered veterinary clinic/business.
• Accounts must not be transferred, sold, or shared with third parties.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Users are fully responsible for any activity performed under their account.

5. Accuracy of Information

Users, veterinary clinics, and veterinarians are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit is accurate and up to date.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Clinic names
• Contact information
• Operating hours
• Veterinary services offered
• Professional qualifications

EQPetVet.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information listed on the platform.

6. Service Provision & Account Termination

EQPetVet.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice if:

• False or misleading information is provided
• Illegal or harmful content is submitted
• The platform is misused in any way
• These Terms & Conditions are violated

Upon termination of an account, any fees paid will remain non-refundable.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Medical advice provided by veterinarians or clinics listed on the platform
• Any injury, illness, or death of pets resulting from veterinary treatment
• Disputes between pet owners and veterinary professionals
• Loss of data, business opportunities, or financial loss

All veterinary services are provided independently by the respective clinics or veterinarians.

8. No Medical Advice

Information provided on EQPetVet.com is for informational purposes only and should not be considered veterinary medical advice.

9. Prohibited Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Submitting fraudulent veterinary clinic listings
• Misrepresenting professional qualifications
• Posting illegal, harmful, or misleading content
• Using automated bots or scraping tools
• Using the platform for unlawful activities

If such activity is detected:

• The account may be immediately terminated
• Listings may be removed without notice
• Legal action may be taken if necessary
